Our Principles

• Colchester town centre should be a safe space for young people in which an empowered community can collaborate to challenge inappropriate sexual behaviour.

• Young people should be enabled to take control of their own safety by being supported to seeking help from like-minded others.

• Business owners deserve to feel safe in their business premises and when travelling to and from them, regardless of time of day.

• It is the collective responsibility of the community to ensure the safety of women on our streets and in public venues
